Obra Oberta
Far from presenting a closed or retrospective narrative, OBRA OBERTA displays a selection of architectural projects presented freely, without an imposed hierarchy or strict chronology.
Nearly twenty works are shown autonomously, each opening multiple interpretive paths—whether through contextual affinities or through different ways of responding to place.
My role in the project focused on designing and executing the exhibition’s communication strategy, bringing it closer to both professional and amateur audiences through digital channels. I developed the narrative and content needed to connect with diverse audiences, activating a storyline aligned with the architectural practice’s ethos and approach. In addition, I enhanced its visibility in relevant media outlets, amplifying its reach and positioning within the cultural and creative ecosystem.

The exhibition reveals Mateo’s creative process as an open-ended journey, in constant transformation, transcending the technical to explore the poetic, intellectual, and material.
As a closing event for the exhibition, a round table is held to reflect on architecture’s relationship with time — past, present, and future — featuring distinguished voices from the field.
